Tariff

£200.00 per week - Low season (November - March inc).
£250.00 per week - Mid season (rest of year except school holidays).
£295.00 per week - High Season (all school holidays, inc Christmas, Easter, etc).

Weekend and three day breaks from £120.00 - £200.00.

There is a non-returnable booking fee of £50.00 (£25.00 for short breaks), the balance of the fee being required six weeks before arriving.

Please note these rates are correct for 2009 but could vary after this.

0 - 13 days - 100% rent,
14 - 28 days - 75%,
29 - 42 days - 50%,
